Regeneration
Regeneration and the transformation of place is at the heart of what we do.
Since the formation of KHT, our Housing Association, in 2002, we have been committed to increasing the supply and choice of homes to our customers and have been developing high quality affordable housing ever since.
The transformation of places is at the heart of what we do and all our homes are designed and developed to make a difference both in terms of architectural impact and innovation. This has led to us being shortlisted for many Awards for our regeneration work.
Between 2008 and 2011 we have delivered a £26 million investment program, building 195 new homes after having successfully attracted £10m Grant from the HCA.
Building on the success of this ambitious program we have secured £5 million grant funding from the Homes and Communities Agency and secured our position as a Developer Partner as part of the Affordable Housing Programme 2011.
This year we have started our £27 million investment program and over the next four years 241 new homes will be built across Knowsley.
