Advisor - Financial Shared Services

  • To process invoices as per the Group’s payment terms and raise sundry debtor requests within the SLA timescale.
  • To contribute proactively towards a high performing Financial Shared Services Team.
  • To provide peer challenge across the Finance team to drive team performance.
  • To deliver a first class internal service that is valued by colleagues and external parties.
  • To report any instances of non-compliance with the Group’s Financial Regulations to the Finance Manager.

Business Manager- Commercial

To provide the commercial management of allocated projects to ensure the successful delivery of quality led and cost effective services, meeting the customer’s satisfaction to support the overall objectives of the Group.

 

Responsibility of compilation of monthly commercial reports for all contracts, developing business updates and year end forecast projections

Coordinator Customer Liaison

To provide a value added Total Facilities Management service for the Corporate Buildings and homes of KHT and the First Ark Group; to provide professional Facilities Management advice and support to the organisation; to develop the Group’s Facilities Management systems to deliver and maintain an efficient and effective facilities management service for the Group’s corporate buildings and other external contracts.

 

To Co-ordinate all Facilities Management works, Servicing and maintenance of all First Ark buildings and relevant external Contracts that require Statutory Inspections and routine PPM / audits, to ensure that business is compliant and documentation is present and stored correctly.

 

To develop strong customer relationships to give customers trust and confidence in the brand.

Care & Repair Plumber / Assessor

As part of Care & Repairs commitment to maintain the safety and well being of clients, all employees are required to use all their aptitudes and skills, and be responsible and accountable and contribute fully, by all appropriate means, to providing the all round best  service to clients. 

 

The post-holder will be required to undertake work in an efficient, economic and effective manner, both in teams and as individuals to provide a continuously improving service to customers.

 

This position is subject to enhanced clearance from the Criminal Records Bureau
