Assets Manager - Compliance
To originate, plan, co-ordinate, supervise and monitor all Asset Management maintenance, servicing, compliance, repairs programmes and projects to ensure all Regulatory and Legislative requirements are met with regards to Fire Safety, Lifts & Lifting Equipment, Water Safety (Legionella), Management & Control of Asbestos, Electrical Safety and Gas Safety.
To ensure statutory performance, in house, by other group members and by external agencies meets agreed compliance standards in all areas of KHT Landlord responsibility monitoring and reporting on all regulatory and legislative responsibilities as above.
To review corporate policies, plans and procedures to ensure that KHT Board maintain visibility, governance and control over all compliance issues
To develop, deliver and maintain an effective compliance framework to meet the need of KHT and its customers including robust reporting framework for all compliance related KPI’s
To lead the delivery of all compliance related checks/inspections and ensure the delivery of all compliance related works with internal and external partners.
To drive a culture of continuous improvement to challenge standard business processes in line with the Business Plan.

Suveyor- Empty Homes x2
To support the delivery of the Empty Homes and Chargeable Repairs processes by acting as a technical lead on all Empty Homes surveys.

Suveyor Stock Condition
Responsible for the delivery of Stock Condition Surveys (SCS) to enable Knowsley Housing Trust (KHT) to collect and maintain condition data on all housing stock with a target to attain 100% stock condition data.
To support the delivery of the Improvement, Planned Maintenance, Void, Responsive Repairs, and Cyclical programmes through the provision of professional technical services and close working with customers and partners.

Suveyor Compliance x 2
To ensure that the First Ark Group practices comply with statutory and regulatory requirements in relation to property risk and Landlord Statutory Compliance.
Operational responsibility for at least two out of the six Homes Standard main compliance areas and familiarity with the other areas as defined in detailed / defined compliance frameworks.
Identify and assist the business to identify, assess and govern landlord compliance risk
Ensure 100% compliance in all areas of responsibility by managing and undertaking all periodic inspections required either directly or via specialist consultants.
Support the management of all remedial works required under areas of responsibility, managing contractor performance and undertaking post inspections of works if required.
Compliance monitoring and reporting to provide assurance as to the implementation of policies and procedures.
Act as a resource of technical expertise for all areas of responsibility, keeping up with all changes in legislation, reviewing policies and undertaking area-specific training as required.Read more and apply
Assistant- Stock Data
To support the Asset Manager – Data & Reporting and the Team Leader Asset Data with the implementation of Asset Management Systems and updating the Group’s property data.

Coordinator Chargeble Repairs
To drive the day to day management of the Chargeable Repairs Policy in order to drive reduced volume and cost of repairs to KHT.
To provide reports and updates on performance and compliance with the process.
