Coordinator of Partnered Services

To develop, administer, and manage growth opportunities delivered through external partners. The role requires a forward looking candidate who can work under their own initiative and ensure each stage in the process adheres to agreed timescales, and all customer and business requirements. They will also be the main contact for all internal and external stakeholders, and responsible for delivering customer excellence.

Advisor - Safeguarding

To provide assistance and advice on all safeguarding issues and be a visable point of contact within the Multi agency Safeguarding Hub. To provide support and guidance to First Ark partners and customers in order to create and maintain safe and sustainable tenancies. To work as part of a dynamic multi agency integrated team assessing notifications and referrals received for both children and adults who reside within the knowsley area To advocate on behalf of Firstark on current issues that are housing related within the Multi agency Safe guarding hub. To ensure the First Ark Group achieves the maximum impact from its attendance at the MASH ensuring we are delivering a world class service to all of its customers and partners..

Sales Advisor x2

To represent First Ark in the sale of properties through a variety of home ownership product whilst supporting the sales team in delivering the groups New Homes and Investment Strategy.
