Advisor - Income

 

To maximise Knowsley Housing Trust’s income and achieve KPIs around rent collection and debt recovery whilst supporting our tenants to sustain their tenancies and take responsibility for maintaining a clear rent account.

 

Key areas of responsibility will be:

 

  • Collection of outstanding rent payments
  • Commencement of legal proceedings & presentation of cases at court
  • Establishment of agreed and viable payment arrangements
  • Visits to customer properties, including attendance at evictions
  • Work with multiple partners (internally & externally) to support First Ark’s tenants to access all benefits and income streams.

Marketing Manager - 1508

An operational role that delivers a range of marketing and external communication activities that support PR, brand awareness/recognition, and customer welcome, nurture and retention across the Group.

This role will involve working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to devise and execute marketing campaigns and day-to-day activity across the business, in line with the wider company strategy, marketing plan, activity calendar and budget.

To work as part of the operational staff team in a professional and flexible manner that

To carry out gas repairs and servicing work on maintenance, refurbishment and facilities management contracts.

 

To ensure that all work undertaken is completed with due regard for quality, productivity and safety and to the customers satisfaction.
