Additional information: Recruiting for 1 x perm post

    • Responsibility for the delivery of administrative support as is required to enable the Business team in delivering contracts and services to its clients.

     

    • Continuously develop skills within the training matrix to evolve and grow the range of support that can be given to the team to ensure its success achieve optimum levels of performance, efficiency and effectiveness, working with other internal departments to ensure we meet the customers need.

     

    • Offer relevant administrative support to new business opportunities for the sustainable growth of the business, supporting the implementation of the business plan.

     

    • Ensure that our Customers are at the heart of everything we do.
    • To read, understand and demonstrate a commitment to the Group’s Employee Charter.
    • Adapt a proactive approach to identify and mitigate risks to your business area by informing your line manager and contribute to updating the risk register.

     

    • Expected to ensure compliance with all legal obligations concerning the protection of data concerning employees, customers and third parties.

     

    • To take responsibility for your own health and safety and that of your colleagues in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974), whilst following the Group’s Health and Safety policies and procedures at all times.

     

    • To work in a variety of locations including premises not directly under the control of the Group.

       

    • Some flexibility over working hours is necessary to meet the requirements of the job.

     

  • Complete objectives accurately and within agreed target deadlines by working collaboratively with business managers to prioritise tasks.

 

  • Attend any training as and when required ensuring that you maintain a knowledge of First Ark’s products, processes and policies.

 

  • Gain knowledge of and undertake administration tasks across at least two different business areas.
