Additional information: We are recruiting for x 1 Permanent role

  • Respond to enquiries from the public, by telephone and by letter in a helpful and responsive manner. Maintenance of KHT housing waiting list:-
      • Newsletter production
      • Annual review process
      • Support vulnerable customers
      • Verification of application information
      • Process property adverts

 

  • The preparation of statements and statistics, completion of returns and computer input documents and the maintenance of filing and record systems.

 

  • Routine liaison with other sections, divisions and outside bodies.

 

  • Assist in the preparation of monitoring information against performance targets

 

  • Carry out satisfaction surveys with customers as required

 

  • Assist customers to identify mutual exchanges and administer the application process.

 

  • Carry out duties relating to the upkeep of the office environment, including responsibility for postage sorting, stationary orders, and other duties as required.

 

  • Ensure that our Customers are at the heart of everything we do.
  • To read, understand and demonstrate a commitment to the Group’s Employee Charter.
  • Adapt a proactive approach to identify and mitigate risks to your business area by informing your line manager and contribute to updating the risk register.
  • Expected to ensure compliance with all legal obligations concerning the protection of data concerning employees, customers and third parties.

 

  • To take responsibility for your own health and safety and that of your colleagues in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974), whilst following the Group’s Health and Safety policies and procedures at all times.

 

  • To work in a variety of locations including premises not directly under the control of the Group

 

  • Some flexibility over working hours is necessary to meet the requirements of the job.
